General Tips
If digitally printed or CMYK ensure you use CMYK palette in your generating programme.
RGB as used in Word or similar will need converting to CMYK and is unlikely to produce the expected colours.
Convert text to curves/outlines/paths. The computer will see just a shape and not look for a font that may not be present. This will ensure correct letter shape on output.
